1. Where We Ship

Zen by Meyatu products are made in China and shipped to customers across the United States.

2. Processing & Delivery

Orders are prepared by our production partners before dispatch. The estimated processing and delivery window for your order is displayed at checkout before you pay. You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

3. Shipping Fees

Any applicable shipping fee is calculated and shown at checkout. Promotional free-shipping offers, when available, are applied automatically at checkout.

4. Customs & Import Duties

Shipments enter the United States as imports. Most consumer orders fall under the U.S. de minimis threshold and are not subject to duties; however, the customer is responsible for any import duties or taxes that may apply.
